Welcome to Zsecure. By accessing our services or products (including Z-Phish, Z-ARC, and our managed IT solutions), you agree to be bound by the following terms:

1. Services & Products

Zsecure provides cybersecurity awareness training, compliance automation, network and infrastructure setup, cloud services, and endpoint/data protection. Details of each service/product are outlined in the respective agreement or proposal.

2. User Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information for setup and delivery
  • Ensuring internal coordination for trainings and implementation
  • Maintaining security of access credentials and devices
  • Complying with local laws and regulations in using our services
3. Confidentiality

Zsecure maintains strict confidentiality of client data and implements security measures to protect sensitive information. Clients must not share access to tools or training material without written approval.

4. Payment Terms

Payments must be made as per the agreed billing cycle. Delays may result in service suspension and applicable late fees.

5. Service Availability

We strive for high availability, but are not liable for outages caused by external providers, force majeure, or network disruptions beyond our control.

6. Limitation of Liability

Zsecure shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days' notice. Services rendered until the termination date are non-refundable.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms periodically. Continued use of services after changes implies acceptance.

Refund Policy

Eligibility: Refunds are available for annual plans cancelled within 14 days or undelivered services due to internal error.

Non-refundable:

  • One-time setup/onboarding fees
  • Consulting or implementation already performed
  • Third-party software/licenses procured for you

Process: Submit refund requests to support@zsecure.in. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
