Refund Policy

At Zsecure, we are committed to providing high-quality services and support. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Clients may be eligible for a refund in the following cases:

  • Cancellation of annual plans within 14 days of purchase
  • Failure by Zsecure to deliver agreed-upon services due to internal error
2. Non-refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund:

  • One-time setup or onboarding fees
  • Services already delivered or consulting hours utilized
  • Licenses or software purchased from third-party vendors on behalf of the client
3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please email support@zsecure.in with the invoice number, reason for request, and any relevant documentation. Requests will be reviewed within 7 business days.

4. Refund Approval

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Refund status will be communicated via email.
